Fear my mad cooking skillz!
The marinated pork loin steak was gorgeous, if I do say so myself. To accompany my delicacy, I had mushroom noodles and a fine cider cream sauce.
This was followed by a baked apple with cream. Which, I must confess, would have been better with more sugar, less honey and less time in the oven. But it was still pretty tasty.
So I call that a success, then :)
