Glad you liked the mousse, I'm always convinced I'm going to cock it up in a major way and people are going to take one mouthful of what I've made and spit it out in disgust. Or, even worse, politely eat it while trying not to grimace.

Or, like Sunday, make pathetic whimpering noises whenever the subject is mentioned and then inhale it when it's served :D
