And a Merry Christmas to you and yours :)
A baron of lamb is the entire rear half of the beast, which is then roasted and sliced. Which is what we had, slices from the main roast.
I believe it may also be called a saddle of lamb, but I'm not sure.
Either way, it's GORGEOUS! :)
