kitsune
Though they rarely caused mankind any serious harm,
these Japanese fox spirits known as kitsune
were well known for playing tricks on people
and could be a real nuisance. They possessed
the ability to transform into any creature,
though they would often retain their fox tail.
One could easily determine the age and level of
maturity of a kitsune by counting it's tails;
An immature, rambunctious kitsune would have
very few tails, while a wise and powerful one
would have as many as nine.

As a kitsune, you are clever, sensual, beautiful,
mysterious and effeminate (even if you are a
guy). You are also somewhat sneaky and like to
pull pranks on people, but otherwise you are
very pleasurable to be around.

So what have I been up to? Umm.....well this week I developed procrastination into an art form. Honestly, the things I'll find to do instead of housework:-

http://www.sheppardsoftware.com/web_games_menu.htm

Wednesday I went into London to meet Rik and Carol. We went back to Questro's, Italian Buffet extraordinaire. Ooodles of food later, we strolled down to another pub for a swift half, stopping on the way to peer through another pub's windows and watch the last 3 minutes of the Man U/Arsenal League Cup encounter (Carol's a fan and I very nearly talked her into going to a pub with a TV for food so we could watch the match :))

Today I've loafed and done housework in roughly equal measure. I went into town to buy some DVDs for lil' Aunty Eve to go with the DVD player. Must remember to wrap everything tonight, won't have time tomorrow.

[livejournal.com profile] lithium_doll and her long-suffering man arrive lunchtime tomorrow and I'll meet them at the station to whisk them off down to Rainham to meet Eve. Aunty Eve phoned earlier, she's having a lovely birthday, has recieved 23 cards, 3 bouquets of flowers and too many phone calls to mention. She honestly, genuinely, can't understand why anyone would go to that sort of trouble for her. She's such a sweetie! We're going to be eating at The Honourable Pilot again, which is cool. It's a Beefeater place, IIRC, and perfectly adequate for a lunch meal. Hopefully it won't be as busy as the last time we went. One of the tills broke down, the place was packed and chaos reigned for a little while.

Saturday will be long and hectic and I only hope I don't get bored. The meal out in the evening promises to be fun - there's gonna be 19 of us :)

Sunday is probably going to get cancelled due to lack of serious interest. [livejournal.com profile] thalinoviel, are you still up for feeding us bacon butties? :)
