OK, I've just seen the best "fear of being sued" warning message EVER :)
USA advert for a particular brand of Jeep/All Terrain Vehicle (I was too busy laughing to notice finer details). Long shot of a rocky valley with a mountain in the background. Suddenly, mountain top explodes and rocks and debris starts raining down. One large chunk of debris lands fairly near the foreground. We zoom in and suddenly lights appear on the lump of "mud" and windscreen wipers start moving and it's revealed the debris is a jeep!
At this moment, in small print on the screen, the warning message appears: "Do Not Attempt".
