Scribblings from the Mitchy Side

So the expected deluge of forms still hasn't started but the phones today didn't bloody stop. *twitches gently and clings to tea* Why is it so difficult for people to read the bloody paperwork? Eh?

The really annoying thing is we've set up workshops this week so people who are confused by the forms can go to them and have someone explain everything, face to face, slowly and carefully. And the take up has been abysmal. As PartyGirl said, it's a good idea, we just need to find a way to get them there. And make them remember what we say. *sighs*

If anyone wants me, I'll be over here developing a nervous tic ;)
