Scribblings from the Mitchy Side

So we got a feeeew more forms in today, but still not as many as we were expecting. So I suspect our fears of a last day deluge are well founded. Still, we're up to date with what we've got and thankfully PartyGirl is in the office for the next two days so I won't be as swamped with phone calls. She can also help our temp deal with the census forms at the sorting stage so in theory, we should be ready to rumble on Saturday.

Did I mention I'm working Saturday? Don't get time and a half but can claim the hours, obviously. Because I'm definitely not going to work on a Saturday for nuffink :) I'm actually hoping if we don't have a deluge we'll be out of the building by lunchtime. This would be good.

It's ShitStirrer's birthday tomorrow. *sighs* I've been nice, I've bought a card. We're supposed to be going to a Chinese restaurant on Friday for lunch, although if we're really swamped, I might beg off and plead busy-ness. Hopefully without causing WWIII :P
