I tried out your chicken escalope recipe and it turned out great and didn't suck! Hee! (This is a reflection, btw, on my level of cooking ability and not on cookwitch's recipes, which never suck). I was so impressed, I've done it twice now. I can definitely recommend double dipping the escalopes *nods*
