alissomora and her sister are safely installed in their new home along with two rather disgruntled cats. *topples over*
I think I've driven more in the last two days than I have for the last two months combined - and my car can now do the route between Redhill and Heathrow all by itself! *g* I have to say, though, everything went really well, there were no problems at all: no major flight delays, no more snafus at Animal Control, no problems with the house or getting the keys, nuffink. The only minor wrinkle was the rather severe slowdown on the M25 on Wednesday, that caused me to be 30 minutes late but as Liss's flight was 20 minutes late, this didn't actually end up being a problem :)
I will write up our adventures later but for now, I shall say that Liss and her sister are delightful people, jet lagged or otherwise, and the cats were adorable.
