4) Awake, ravenous
5) Fail to be inspired by contents of fridge
6) Sulk and check email
7) Find email from Dominos Pizza announcing new "Any pizza, any size for a tenner!" deal
8) Fall to knees and thank whichever deity is owed for this one.
