It's Saturday! Yay!

*loafs happily* Yes, yes, I know I can do this all the time at the moment, but Saturday is official :D

I am being brave and venturing into London today to meet up with non-LJ friends Rik and Carol. We are going to Belgo's in Holborn for food and raspberry beer. OK, the raspberry beer is what I've got my eye on, there possibly might be other flavours consumed :D Mmm food. Yay for gossip with friends. I'm looking forward to it :)

So now I'm downloading Numb3rs, which I will watch before showering and washing my hair. I shall sally off to the railway station about 4.15pm to catch the 4.50pm train (memo: must check the time hasn't changed since I last caught that train) to King's X. (memo: go look up how you get to Holborn again, you dozy amnesiac mousey!)

All in all, it should be a Very Good Day :D

Not to preach - just a suggestion - as your return to work approaches, you should try to go and be "out and on your feet" for about six hours a day for consecutive days to build up your endurance -- but slowly. You seem to be doing good at that already. I just know that otherwise the first two weeks will hit you like a ton of bricks and you don't want to give your body any excuse to get sick on you again. *hugs*

*hugs* Thanks hon. As it happens, I'll almost certainly go back part time to help ease myself in but yes, I do need to be doing more during the week. Saturday, however, remains a day of loafing :D That said, I'm about to walk to WGC station to catch a train which is a 20 minute walk. That'll be a good test of endurance for me.
