tyrell, because he is evil and likes to get people hooked on things, linked to a funny article about cooking a Gordon Ramsay recipe. That lead me to the very, very superb Kamikaze Cookery site where I lost several hours watching the videos and occasionally giggling helplessly. They do two things - one is try out celeb recipes and rate them and two, attempt to explain cooking in a scientific manner understandable to regular mortals like me. The video about preheating ovens contained rather interesting information and the celebrity recipe vids are great :) There's also all sorts of articles to read. Go, read, giggle, comment.
