OK, that's the last of the shopping done! Nothing is prising me out of this house until Saturday now :D

I was prepared for shopping of Dooom but Morrison's was surprisingly calm. Busy, yes, but the shelves were still stocked and I didn't have to queue for ages. I guess most people were working this morning, I'm sure it'll be a lot less civil this afternoon!

The only thing I forgot to buy was smoked salmon. Waaah! Dammit! I'll get it on Saturday and have my traditional Christmas breakfast of smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and bucks fizz at the weekend :P At least I have the eggs and the Bucks Fizz! I foresee a mini cooked breakfast tomorrow, which will at least soak up the booze nicely!

I went over to Tesco's last night in the wee small hours, thinking I'd get the basics there while it was quiet. It was really busy! I had to queue for ages *pouts* And I spent too much, which is why I no longer shop at Tesco's regularly. I swear I can get the same stuff at Morrison's for two thirds of the price! But I got my bucks fizz which was what was really important :D I also came to a decision - screw buying turkey and stuff just because it's traditional. I really can't be arsed to faff around making a roast dinner! So I'm having either pizza or bacon cheeseburgers with salad! And I've bought potatoes and cold cuts so I can still have the traditional Boxing Day meal of mounds of mash, cold meats and all the pickles/condiments a mousey can desire!

And now there is The Unit and Leverage to watch, I have tea, chips and dips and life is well in the mousey household :D

It was gone six by the time I was able to get out of the office, but the Sainsbury's next to our office was still open thankfully and still had food on its shelves so I won't be starving this Christmas! Which is good.
