The executor of my aunt's estate called today. Finally, after 11 months, they've exchanged contracts on my aunt's house! Fingers crosses, candles lit, the estate should be sorted out by the end of March!
*collapses in relief*
I don't even have the words to describe what this is going to mean. I just have to hang on a leeetle bit longer. Think good thoughts that it's all problem free from here on in....
