Haven't come across that before, and there's next to no support info on the web for DVD43. You could try the latest version (4.4.1 http://www.dvd43.com/). Or reinstalling the version you have. I thought DVD43 had been abandoned by the developer, but the website says there was an update in 2009. I think DVD43 may have been bought by Slysoft - they do DVD copying software. (AnyDVD) I've seen some good reviews of DVDFab, but that doesn't decrypt on-the-fly. You have to decode it to HDD and then play the film from there.
