I didn't like the colour scheme entirely, but I didn't dislike it entirely. It reminded Me of the Pertwee era Daleks (so much for a "new" paradigm). I don't like that they went from believably mechanical (minus the organic blob inside, of course) to seemingly plastic. I hope that Moffatt does some more changes to prevent future suckage.

What I love is that the Daleks won.
Oh, but they didn't just win, don't you see? They beat the Doctor by outwitting him!
