...I can think of at least 2 times that would happen. One, when he's after a novel way to kick someone to death, and Two, when he's bored and wants to play with their minds. "Oh, yeah," he'd say. "Snow any minute, I reckon." And he'd sit back and cross his skated feet, with his thick coat and his fluffy pink earwarmers on, while sipping a cup of cocoa.
