Scribblings from the Mitchy Side

So I was really out of synch sleep-wise again this past week, but I managed to claw my way back onto GMT....for one whole day :)

Went and visited Aunty Eve on Wednesday. She was really pleased to see me and we had a lovely lunch. But deary me, she's unsteadier on her pins than I've ever seen her and even the short walk from the restaurant to the car left her wheezing. Even she admitted that in the mornings, it's taking her a long time to do all that needs to be done. She was frustrated about that because she wanted to go to the early morning Easter service on Sunday at her local church but it'll be physically impossible for her to get up, washed and dressed and there for 8am. :( Otherwise, she's perky enough and she's still mentally very alert, so that's a good thing. It was lovely to see her and I must go back inside a month and see her again.

I've been having oodles of fun with Skype, the program that lets you voice chat to people. Last night (and the reason I'm all out of synch again) I ended up in a conference call with two RP buddies, Jake and Share, and we nattered until Jake finally keeled over at what was 6am for him (he's in Gibralter). Was lots of fun though and we did a short fun RP scene :)

Now I just need to wake up :P *clings to tea*
