Things That Have To Be Done

1. Get invited down to Exeter to see lithium_doll and her Man sans LJ
2. Make sure tyrell and mostlyarmed are there
3. Take down ready boiled can of condensed milk
4. Feed it to them in some form or other (I'm thinking Evil Cheesecake)
5. Stand well back
6. Admire the sugar shock spasms.

Well I haven't finalised the recipe yet, but it's going to involve a tin of boiled condensed milk, which produces the yummiest caramel/toffee mixture I've ever had the pleasure of eating. I'm thinking crushed biscuit base, the caramel mixture stirred into some marscapone, topped with fresh cream. Or maybe something chocolately. I will have to experiment and get back to you :D

Can't say I approve of the whole 'boiling a can of condensed milk' thing - surely everyone knows that the way to deal with a can of condensed milk is :

(a) make two small holes in the rim with a can opener
(b) opposite the new holes, make a opening about an inch or so long with the can opener
(c) use a spoon as a lever to widen the hole
(d) sip the sugary goodness from tin, in a sparing manner (at some point you have to open the can properly, and scoop the dregs out with a spoon)
(e) arrange to visit the dentist
