Glad you liked the mousse, I'm always convinced I'm going to cock it up in a major way and people are going to take one mouthful of what I've made and spit it out in disgust. Or, even worse, politely eat it while trying not to grimace.

I'll post the recipe when I have moment, probably tonight when I'm avoiding the rest of my unpacking!

Yes the recordings were Bob Newhart, except for one bit which I think we identified as George Carlin.
