Nope, no idea. That's the US version I've linked to.

Play.com has this listed:-

http://www.play.com/play247.asp?pa=search&searchtype=r2title&searchstring=NCIS&page=search

with the same release date and claiming to be Region 2. The US version has 3 featurettes and a couple of episode commentaries, but Play doesn't have any details listed for the R2 version yet.
