Josh Groban will play the role of the Russian. He and Idina have sung together quite a few times; I'm sure this has nothing to do with them belonging to the same record company. Complete coinkydink.... Josh has performed this role in Chess before, at the Actors Benefit production, where he shared the stage with Adam Pascal. So reunions all round, really :)

Mine too :) Well, the concept album is, the staging has always left something to be desired.

The good news is they maaaaay record one of the concerts, like they did for the Les Miz anniversary concerts, for later DVD release. We can but hope.
