Sounds like my place. Lots of stuff in last year's Employee Survery saying we're not 'engaged', and 'lack an identity'. Their response? A few corporate posters, and desk nameplates with the company logo on.

Yep, that worked wonders. Although I'm amazed that nobody's put graffiti on the posters yet.

We got shiny new mousemats (which were so crap I binned mine) and new coasters with the winning phrase "SMILE!" on 'em. Yeh. You can imagine the reactions....
