It's a rather varied list - not sure what The 40 Year Old Virgin is doing on any list of classic movies. I've seen 67 of them, which I think is doing pretty well. I didn't think all of them were classics but to be fair I think a high proportion of the films on this list do deserve the 'classic' tag.

You should definitely rent The incredibles, I think you'd really enjoy it.

I'm not sure what criteria they are using to define a classic, popularity I'd guess. South Park, Napolean Dynamite, 40 Year Old Virgin, Austin Powers, Big. These should have no place on a list of classic films.
What about, off the top of my head, The 5th Element, Predator, Seven, Manhunter, True Lies, A Fish Called Wanda? I'm sure there are many others more deserving of the classic appellation.
