OK, I'm packed, such as it is. I'm not one for much luggage at the best of times, but I have to admit it's strange to only have a rucksack and a handbag. I can hear

I am about to put down extra food and water for the furball and then I'm going off to tuck myself into bed, for verily, I have to be at the bus stop for 5.55am :O

OMG I'M GOING TO NYC TO SEE RENT!! SQUEEEEEE!

*cough*

You're leaving the cat for three days on his own? Is nobody going to check on him? I wish I'd known, for I would have offered to have him here with us. Have a good time in NYC, and let's catch up in London when you're back.

The cat will be fine, I'll be back Monday morning, early. If it had been four nights, I'd have asked a friend to check on him but he'll be fine for 3, I've done it before :) Thanks for the offer though.

And yes, would like to see you before you leave these fair shores.
