MMMMMmmmm pancakes... with warm strawberries and whipped cream... Yummies. Now - if you're like me - then when you whip up said big batch of pancakes - you cook them all and then freeze what you can't eat at that sitting - then when the midnight chocolate pancake monster comes stomping in - you just pop it in the microwave. Happiness in moments..
