A Poll!

Because I don't do enough polls and the paid account has to earn its keep now and again :)

[Poll #1434075]

"Winnie the Peugeot" wasn't entered on the grounds of causing the LJ owner pain. Also, because [livejournal.com profile] halcyon_shift is evil, I reserve the right to completely ignore the results of this poll.

I probably don't get a vote, but I'd go for Polly.

Call it Pippa, and Swedes will titter.

Because 'pippa' is Swedish slang for something that mummies and daddies do together when they like each other a lot - or something like that, Katarina got struck with coyness. I'm not sure if the usage is "Pippa me, big boy" or "Hey, wanna make pippa" or "Um... did we pippa last night?" but it's something like that.

Anyway, you do not, as in DO NOT, refer to Pippa Longstocking. This knowledge stood me in good stead when I was near the Stockholm children's museum on Pippi Longstocking Day (which I'm not making up. It's a better name for a celebration day that August Bank Holiday).
