...and brought it in to work today, to celebrate the fact that I AM at work and able to eat cake.

Allow me to explain. This date last year, I was being dropped off at the QEII hospital by my boss, for what turned out to be a rather roller coaster stay.

And now I'm all better :) Good innit?
