Happy legal gunpowder use day, Mitchy!

Not going to any displays (haven't done since I was that high and they hadn't built a housing estate on the bonfire field) but I'm sure that various households on nearby streets will have stocked up enough at the temporary fireworks shop to keep Guy Fawkes' memory going up to New Year.

My great-uncle was made to stop showing schoolkids how to make fireworks at home after he failed to explain the difference between a warm oven and an oven which is still on...
