Rang the management company this morning, described the toilet fountain problem, had the feeling the lady thought I was exaggerating but she promised to speak to their resident plumber and get back to me. Resident Plumber rang me back in about 10 nanoseconds and said "We need to get in to see it today, asap!" Luckily
thessalian is around this morning. They reckon it's the outside drains and he knew, without being told, that I was a ground floor flat too, so it's something he's seen and dealt with before, which is reassuring. I'm glad they're acting so fast, we'll see what the verdict is.
Stay tuned for more thrilling events from WGC :P
ETA: And sorted! Apparently the plumbers didn't have to do any work in my flat at all, it was all external stuff. All working now, they say, and there should be no more geysers in my toilet. Hurrah! :) Particular thanks to
silenttex for his timely advice that made me ring the management company promptly.
