I agree with your assessment of England's performance. Granted, I haven't watched England (heck, I've barely watched the US, thanks to Caleb), but I think no matter what country you're from, if you're a soccer/football player, you should Respect the World Cup. It's the top prize in the sport! Act like you care whether or not you win it!

As for the TV meme...I may yet jump on this bandwagon.
