It's a lot of snow for us, my part of the UK generally misses out on the big downfalls. The last 3 years though, we've been clobbered with everyone else.
And amusingly, the past 2 years, Texas has had snow before we have :)
North Texas (up in the Panhandle...Lubbock, Amarillo, etc) usually gets a LOT of snow and blizzards, since they're really in the Plains. I sometimes forget how big Texas is. Anywhere you drive in the US... the longest part of the trip is just getting out of Texas!
It's 82 degrees here (F)... need an app on my phone that will convert to celsius. I've got all my windows open. Strange thing? Last night was at the freezing mark. CRAZY!

We've had more today here in Ireland too, with more falling right now. SUCKS when your sick, wish I could be out enjoying it :(
