Lookit what I sat down to eat (exactly 90 seconds before Dr Who started, to boot).



Very tasty it was too (although I needed to pre-cook the cauliflower for just a smidge longer. And the cheese sauce needed to be more cheesey. But small mistakes, easily correctable and what i had was still tasty :) )

I gain for roasting the lamb and making the cauliflower cheese. Everything else was kinda cheating - the peas were microwaved, the spuds were pre-prepared package job and the crumble was store bought. But I'm getting better so 'm calling it a win :D
