Belgo's - Apart from my friends Rik and Carol, I've been to Belgo's more often with you and Paul than anyone else :)

Heh, not one specific thing, but I always forget how tall you are until I am standing next to you and looking up :P

Don't really have fannish associations for you. I do associate you with Dr Who in general :)

2. MmmBelgo's. In May I found one on Holborn that's totally unlike the one in Covent Garden - it's light, airy and above ground. We decided that it's much nicer that way!
3. This would be a self-preservation trick, on the off-chance that someone from work stumbles upon some of my earlier, unlocked posts.
4. I sometimes think I was born under the Beloved Who Reaches Things Down from High Places (there are maybe two people reading this who will catch the reference...)

6. It's something that I've always enjoyed, as far back as I can remember. I particularly associate it with my maternal grandparents (from whom I also got my love of plants), and it came in handy at university.

4. This is going to be a favourite memory for a very long time. The scene: 5th Avenue in New York. We have been shopping and have paused while you stuff your latest acquisitions into your bag. I'm idly gazing down the road and the following conversation ensues:-

You: Nyeee-eeess?
Me: Do my eyes deceive me or is that a honking big Barnes and Noble store over the road?
You: *looks*
You: Huh. You're right, that IS a honking big Barnes and Noble store over the road.
You and Me: *thoughtful pause*

1. Well I knew you from LJDQ, and somehow found my way to your Kenyan travelogue on LJ (It was Kenya right? Africa for sure :))
