P - Phobia: don't have anything major. Not a huge fan of worms or snakes but can cope if set my mind to it. Well, I can with the worms. My exposure to snakes has been confined to watching Animal Planet :)

T - Time you wake up: Depends. If I'm working, usually around 7.30. If I'm not, any time between 8 and noon :)
