Scribblings from the Mitchy Side

Excellent double bill of Masterchef tonight, really tight quarterfinal. I have no idea how they decided on the winner and I do wish, occasionally, the programme was more transparent about how they come down to a final decision. I do firmly believe they resort to tossing a coin at times! But yeh, I wouldn't have blamed them this time around, the 3 chefs were amazing. Personally, I'd have given it to the Aussie experimental lass, but I can see why they chose the chap they did.

Then it was Victorian Farm and if you're not watching this programme, UK peeps, why aren't you? Excellent, excellent look at how life on a Victorian Farm really was, as 3 volunteers spend a year living on a working farm, just as it would have be run in the 19th century. Tonight was pretty amazing and funny - the bit where the newbie was trying to find the ewe's teats was hysterical. "I've found one! Err....*grope grope grope* can't find the other! How far apart are they usually?" "Usual spacing, lad, one either side!"

And then and the end of the show they delivered their first baby lamb. Awwwwwwww!! Next week promises more baby animals and some more problems to be dealt with; excellent stuff.

Tomorrow is bumper US TV day! New Burn Notice! New Private Practice! New Bones! *bounce!* I'm a happy TV addict :)
