OK, mitchy, I'm sorry to say this, but we have to accept that today is broken. Do not try to work/sort anything/do necessary but boring stuff. The stars will not abide in their courses if you do. For the good of mankind, your only recourse is champagne, your fave food, a fan, and a deckchair out in the sun.

Drastic measures I know, but what else can you do?
