Curses, foiled again!

I shouldn't have cackled so hard about there being no bosses in at all yesterday and today. I've had someone "hot desking" next to me on both days. *headdesks* So I've actually *gasp* had to work!

It's mean and cruel to thwart a mousey so. *pouts*

Yes, I can hear you all playing the world's smallest violins. I know, I know :)

Anyway, it's Friday! I am of good cheer :) Tonight it's off to see The A Team and gossip with the Janey! Hurrah!

I don't know what "hot desking" is, but my sympathies anyway.

It where workers who shuttle between various campuses don't have a specific desk allocated to them but use whatever desks are available at a given location. The person who used to sit next to me has left and it happens that her desk was set up for laptop use. As laptops are what are used most by hotdeskers, this means that desk is now very popular. Dammit :P
